How much does a delivery cost?
For our products the delivery is for free.
Do you allow international delivery?
No, we are only delivering via the shop within Lebanon.

Do you deliver to different delivery addresses with one order?
Currently we are only allowing the delivery to one address per order. If you have different addresses, please place separate orders.

Are prices including VAT?
As this is a Business-to-business shop, prices are without VAT. You will see VAT explicitly shown on the invoice.

Will there be an additional charge for toner or services?
In our RelaxRate packages, toner ordering and delivery as well as full service is included and no extra costs will be charged. To get more details about the RelaxRate services please click here.
If my contract starts mid-month, do I pay for the whole month?
Depending on the exact installation date, the customer will receive the invoice after the installation.

Is it advisable to buy a color printer for everyday use, or is monochrome sufficient?

How can I estimate the total energy consumption of a printer/copier?

Can we somehow check the amount of recycled material which was used to manufacture our devices?
Recycled material content percentage is listed in the environmental datasheet (EDS) which is available for each device. The percentage of recycled materials is specified according to Blue Angel certification requirements. 
It’s not easy to do the product demonstration or explain some features of the product during Home Office times. Do you have product videos that can help?

What kind of screen customisation/personalisation is available for our MFPs?
UI of the MFP can be customised to fit customer’s requirements. For both UIs (Classic and Basic) it is possible to change the theme, save settings as favourites, create shortcuts, rearrange icons, set defaults, etc. Service engineers can also customise the boot-up screen.  
Can I print on envelopes? Are there any special instructions?
yes, envelopes can be used for printing and copying. Envelopes can be fed via bypass tray, new systems (i-Series) also support feeding envelopes from Tray 1, please always check device specifications.
