For our RelaxRate customers, professional repair and maintenance services are included. If you have an issue, we will try to
solve it remotely. If an intervention by our Field Service Technicians is required, we will send one out up to your availability and solve the issue
on-site as soon as possible.
For products purchased directly:
Printers without RelaxRate do not include repair and maintenance services. Please contact our customer support if you have further questions.
