Copytech Installation

Our services are designed to provide customers with peace of mind and ensure that their Konica Minolta printing devices continue to meet their needs reliably and efficiently.

We will provide you with unpacking, mechanical assembly, initialization, and setting of the device. your device will be connected to one PC/server and introduced to the user with the use of basic device functions (printing, scanning, copying, faxing, and replacement of consumables).

Included services

The installation includes:

Unpacking and mechanical assembly of the device
Initialization, setting, and verification of device functionalities.
Network settings (IP address, gateway)
Driver installation on PC (OS/Windows) limited to a maximum of three PCs with the assistance of your IT
Installation of user IDs for fax messages (optional)
